Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities available
Join a compassionate, patient-centered private optometry practice specializing in neuro-optometric rehabilitation. We help patients recovering from brain injuries, concussions, and neurological conditions—and we’re looking for someone who leads with empathy.

What You’ll Do
- Help patients select and fit eyewear with care and patience
- Learn specialized prescriptions and lens solutions
- Adjust and troubleshoot glasses (training provided)
- Support patients and families with education and reassurance
- Work closely with our care team

Training Provided
No optical experience? No problem. We offer:
- Hands-on training in optical basics and frame adjustments
- One-on-one mentorship
- Step-by-step training in specialty prescriptions
- Ongoing support as you grow your skills

What We’re Looking For
- Empathy and strong people skills are required
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
- Backgrounds in retail, healthcare, or customer service welcome
