Are you passionate about eye care & interested in 1-2 days a week to supplement your income or pay down those student loans? Our dynamic team is currently seeking a part time Optometrist for our Minneapolis and satellite locations.  At our practice, all administrative tasks are handled by a third party; no headaches with billing, credentialing, follow-up with insurances, etc.  We have new, state-of-the art equipment and an optical team to handle all of the patient's optical needs. We want our doctors to be free to focus on providing great care and not be burdened with other practice minutia.

An ideal candidate will be a trained Doctor of Optometry, who is dependable, personable, and caring, with an excellent chairside manner.  Willingness to travel as part of compensated work day, is a must.

We offer $600/day with mileage reimbursement for travel work to our satellite locations. Work schedule is flexible but typically entails care 8-4:30 weekdays with compensated time for travel.  All interested applicants should submit their CV to jennifer830od@gmail.com.    Sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.  Serious inquiries only please.

Minnesota Eye Consultants is one of the premiere eye care practices in the nation. The team of providers at Minnesota Eye is comprised of sub-specialty trained surgeons, non-surgical ophthalmologists, and fellowship trained doctors of optometry. Our areas of expertise range from cataract surgery and premium lens implants, treatment of corneal disease and glaucoma, oculofacial and aesthetic services, to LASIK and other total eye care or specialty offerings.  With five Twin Cities locations and over 20 physicians, we are committed to delivering both medical and surgical services in a convenient, community setting.

Our doctors of optometry play an important role in our integrated eye care delivery model by providing peri-operative care of glaucoma, corneal, oculoplastics, and refractive surgery cases. They also diagnose and treat ocular emergencies, provide complex contact lens fittings as well as routine examinations.

We seek a Doctor of Optometry to practice out of our various clinic locations. Experience with complex, specialty contact lens fitting a must. A degree in optometry with at least 2-3 years experience required, as well as successful completion of a post-doctoral residency program.  Candidates must be licensed to practice in MN. EHR experience is beneficial.

Multi-Specialty Ophthalmology Practice in Minneapolis-St. Paul Seeking Experienced Optometrist
Associated Eye Care (www.associatedeyecare.com) is looking for an experienced optometrist who is either fellowship-trained, or who has worked for at least two years after optometry school.   We are a private practice eye care group with ten ophthalmologists and three optometrists.  We have six full-service locations in the Eastern Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin areas.  Our practice includes a clinic-owned ambulatory surgery center, a LASIK suite, and optical shops.
Associated Eye Care is looking for an optometrist who wants a practice that is focused on primary care, but with opportunities to manage patients with pathology, and be involved in the pre-operative and post-operative care of surgery patients.  Your ancillary staff will include technicians skilled in refracting and contact lens fitting.
The ideal candidate will see patients in two or three of our six locations.  Your work week will run from Tuesday through noon on Saturday, and you will have one evening clinic per week.  You will also participate in a rotating call schedule with an ophthalmologist as your backup.
Associated Eye Care offers a very competitive salary and benefits package, and after two years, you have the option of going on a production-based formula.  Associated Eye Care also participates in an optometric residency program through the Illinois College of Optometry, and you will have the opportunity to precept this resident in your clinic.
